Terms and Conditions
- Invoices will be generated on the 5th of every month, which should be cleared immediately by the customer.
- AppSquadz will provide billing support free of charge, other support services will be chargeable.
- Users whose billing amount totals up to £ 40,000 per month - will be eligible for a 7% reduction on their monthly AWS bills.
- Users whose billing exceeds £ 40,000 per month, and who commit to utilizing AWS services with AppSquadz for a duration of at least 2 years - will be eligible for a minimum 10% reduction on their monthly AWS bills.
- Offer is valid for Self Served Customers. For Managed Services, client has to pay for additional services.
- Deployment & Solutioning Services will be chargeable additionally.
- Company details to be taken at the time of onboarding for charges as a security deposit.
- AppSquadz will not be held responsible financially or otherwise for any security compromise of the customer project.
- Invoice will be generated by AppSquadz towards the customer.
- The data contained in the technical and commercial Commercial Offering shall not be disclosed, duplicated, used in whole or in part for any purpose other than to evaluate the Commercial Offering.
- If any reservation/commitment is put for any of the services, the client is entitled to pay for the entire reservation/commitment period. If is required to be dissolved in between, and a penalty will be charged.
- The above-mentioned discounts are inclusive of Merchant Discounting Rate.
- The offer is valid till 30th June 2026.
*NOTE: Invoice will be generated by AppSquadz on the Visa Cardholder. The data contained in the Technical and Commercial Offering shall not be disclosed, duplicated, used in whole or in part for any purpose other than to evaluate the Commercial Offering.
Consumption may vary based on £ conversion rate, resource modification & OEM Price variation. If any reservation/commitment is put for any of the services, the client is entitled to pay for the entire reservation/commitment period.
