About the Customer
Mjunction Services Limited is a leading digital B2B marketplace and enterprise services organization, operating multiple large-scale business platforms that support procurement, logistics, and digital commerce ecosystems. The organization runs business-critical applications that demand high availability, strong governance, and continuous operational reliability across cloud environments.
Given the scale and criticality of its platforms, Mjunction required a cloud operating model that could ensure stability, security, and performance while supporting long-term growth and modernization initiatives.
Service Partnership
Mjunction partnered with AppSquadz to deliver a comprehensive AWS Managed Services engagement covering cloud hosting, operations, security, governance, and cost optimization. The engagement was structured as a long-term managed services contract spanning multiple AWS accounts and environments.
AppSquadz assumed end-to-end responsibility for operating and managing Mjunction’s AWS environments using AWS-native services and best practices, ensuring continuous availability, proactive monitoring, security compliance, and ongoing optimization. This partnership provided Mjunction with a reliable and scalable AWS foundation while enabling internal teams to focus on core business innovation.
Customer Challenges
- Ensuring High Availability and Operational Stability
Mjunction operates multiple production and non-production workloads that support mission-critical business functions. These platforms require uninterrupted availability, predictable performance, and rapid incident response. Managing availability across multiple AWS accounts and environments introduced operational complexity, particularly during peak business usage and platform expansion phases.
- Strengthening Security, Governance, and Compliance
With multiple AWS accounts and continuously evolving workloads, Mjunction required a centralized security and governance model. The absence of standardized access controls, centralized logging, and audit visibility increased the risk of misconfigurations and security gaps. A consistent and auditable governance framework was essential to ensure secure and compliant operations across all AWS environments.
- Managing Cloud Costs and Financial Visibility
As cloud adoption increased, Mjunction faced challenges in tracking AWS usage, controlling costs, and forecasting spend. Without structured cost governance, cloud expenditure became difficult to predict. Mjunction required a disciplined financial management approach to ensure cost efficiency while maintaining performance and scalability.
Solution Delivered by AppSquadz
AppSquadz implemented a comprehensive AWS Managed Services solution tailored to Mjunction’s operational and business requirements.
- Scalable and Resilient Cloud Hosting Framework
AppSquadz implemented a fully automated multi-stage AI workflow leveraging Amazon Transcribe, Bedrock Claude, and Bedrock Nova, eliminating all manual steps: Transcribe handled accurate, timestamped speech-to-text conversion, Claude generated structured scene/key-point metadata, Nova produced high-quality AI images to match each scene, FFmpeg on EC2 assembled audio + images into final videos. This architecture reduced production time from 8 hours to 12–18 minutes, delivering consistent and predictable output quality at scale.
- Centralized Security, Governance, and Compliance
Instead of relying on a labor-intensive workforce, the new pipeline uses pay-per-request Bedrock inference, optimized S3 storage tiers, and right-sized EC2 orchestration. IAM roles and lifecycle policies ensured no idle infrastructure and minimal long-term storage cost. This resulted in a sustainable pricing model with an average operational cost of ₹90–₹140 per video.
- Cloud Monitoring, Operations, and Incident Management
A production-grade AWS architecture was deployed to ensure scalability, privacy, and security: IAM least-privilege roles for Bedrock, S3, EC2, and Transcribe, Encrypted S3 buckets with KMS-managed keys, MongoDB Atlas for metadata and state tracking, CloudWatch for inference logs, AI performance, and troubleshooting, Stateless Bedrock inference ensuring zero data retention. This architecture allowed Earshot to reliably process large volumes of audio and generate synchronized scene-based videos without manual intervention.

Managed Services Delivered (Pre & Post Production)
- Pre-Production Managed Services
Before production workloads were onboarded, AppSquadz supported architecture planning, environment provisioning, security hardening, and governance setup using AWS best practices. Services such as AWS IAM, Amazon EC2, Amazon VPC, and Amazon CloudWatch were leveraged to ensure new workloads were deployed on a secure, compliant, and scalable foundation from the start.
- Post-Production Ongoing Managed Services
AppSquadz provides continuous managed services including 24×7 monitoring, alerting, and incident response. Ongoing operations include patch management, change management, security monitoring, cost optimization, SLA reporting, and performance tuning. These services are supported using Amazon CloudWatch, AWS Systems Manager, AWS Trusted Advisor, and centralized logging and reporting tools. Dedicated onsite and offshore resources ensure uninterrupted operations and rapid response to issues.
Results and Measurable Business Outcomes
Through the AWS Managed Services engagement with AppSquadz, Mjunction achieved significantly improved operational stability and reliability across its cloud platforms. Proactive monitoring and structured incident management reduced downtime and improved service continuity for business-critical applications.
Security posture and governance maturity improved through standardized IAM controls, centralized logging, and continuous compliance monitoring. Cloud costs became predictable and optimized through disciplined financial management and regular optimization cycles.
